Cancellation Policy
All small group sessions on a monthly plan that cancel any session under 24 hours, session payment will be lost and NO refund or reschedule of session will be issued. ** NO EXCEPTIONS ***Pay as you go, same goes for pay as you go. Any session cancelled under 24hrs prior to session CAN NOT BE RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND PAYMENT FOR SESSION WILL BE LOST. NO EXCEPTIONS ***PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS CANCELLED UNDER 48hrs WILL BE LOST AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. DATE OR TIME CAN NOT BE MOVED OR SWITCHED IF SESSION IS UNDER 48hrs. (Non-negotiable) AFTER 2 NO SHOWS WITHOUT CANCELLATION YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK FOR ANY FUTURE SESSIONS. (No exception). Please remember that last-minute cancellations or missed sessions impact not only your progress but also my ability to serve other clients. By respecting this policy, you help ensure fairness and consistency.
