Service Description

Strength and conditioning is a practical application of sports science that uses a variety of exercises to improve athletic performance and movement quality. Every athlete needs this to perform well and avoid injuries. This service is athlete focused. Session is 60 min long.

Cancellation Policy

24 -48 hour cancellation notice via email or cancel on app. All group sessions cancelled under 24 hours will be lost and no refund will be issued. Monthly members will be responsible for the full amount of the class $15.00. ** ALL PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS CANCELLED UNDER 48hrs WILL BE LOST AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. (Non-negotiable) AFTER 2 NO SHOWS WITHOUT CANCELLATION YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK FOR ANY FUTURE SESSIONS. (No exception). Monthly Memberships are no refundable after month starts and it’s been active for more than 7 days. Monthly Members - any cancellations on the same day of the class or under 24hrs will be responsible for the full amount of the class fee. ($15.00) Monthly plans are ONLY valid for the month of purchase. 12 session monthly plan must be use within 30 days after purchasing. (Same month of purchase). NO EXCEPTION.
